Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives for our event services while providing exceptional support throughout the event planning process. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities to build strong client relationships and coordinate event logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads for event services.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information about event packages.
  • Prepare and present proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with event planning and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate site visits and client meetings as necessary to support the sales process.

Qualifications Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or event coordination, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
