Requirements
Must have:
- We require an active Arizona architect license. - We prefer candidates who can serve in an Architect of Record capacity. - We seek at least 5 years of architecture experience. - We need strong experience with construction documents and permitting processes. - Experience across residential, hospitality, retail, and/or commercial projects is preferred. - Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. - Experience with Revit, BIM-based workflows, and consultant coordination is preferred. - We value strong organizational and communication abilities. - We need someone who can prioritize and manage several active projects at once. - Applicants should provide a resume, portfolio or sample work, Arizona license details, and relevant software experience.
Responsibilities:
- We produce, review, and oversee construction documentation. - We complete architectural redlines and document revisions. - We provide technical oversight and review for code compliance. - We help maintain drawing standards, file organization, and documentation quality. - We support BIM-based coordination and documentation processes. - We coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and municipalities. - We assist with permitting and jurisdictional coordination across multiple states. - We review technical information for accuracy, constructability, and coordination. - We help resolve technical issues efficiently to keep projects moving. - We collaborate closely with our design and project management teams during project execution. - We support organization, accountability, and consistent follow-through on active projects. - We proactively identify technical gaps, coordination conflicts, and missing information. - We provide technical guidance and practical problem-solving throughout project development.

This Senior Technical Architect / Architect of Record role is primarily centered on interior architecture, technical coordination, documentation, and project delivery.
